This page explains what information Black & White Music collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we use it. This site is a portfolio and contact point for our music supervision work. It does not include a booking system; the only way to send us information is the contact form.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, your email address, and the message you write. We do not ask for or collect any other personal information on this site.

The contact form includes a hidden field used only to catch automated spam submissions. It is never shown to visitors and does not collect any information about you.

How we use this information

We use what you submit only to read and respond to your message. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Third-party services

Contact form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms, a third-party form service that relays your message to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the submission on our behalf and is not authorized to use it for its own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance, as is normal for any website.

Data retention

We keep messages sent through the contact form only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the contact form, in which case we collect nothing about you. If you have already sent us a message and would like it removed, contact us using the details below.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
